In this very difficult time, the safety of our employees, customers, and suppliers is critical. We are continuously reviewing all aspects of our business and are implementing safety measures in line with UK government /Public Health England guidance.

Safety Measures
From Monday 23/03/19 the following additional measures will be implemented:
JB Heating Services will only be carrying out Emergency works, repairing leaks, heating/hot water repair and installations.
All routine annual servicing work will be cancelled until further notice.
If you are unsure about your boilers safety please purchase a carbon monoxide alarm or if you smell gas call the gas emergency number 0800 111 999.
All boilers we have installed will be under warranty but must be serviced this year if possible, we will update you on this when we have more information.
We can back date service records for you so please dont worry.

Please if you have ANY symptoms of the virus.
Please let us know and warn us beforehand then we can wear protective clothing and mask up so we dont spread it.
We may carry out some checks before entering your homes sorry about this but this needs to be done.
We will be wearing gloves and washing our hands through out the day. So please can you do the same. Also please give us at least 2 meters when we come in and dont come to close.
We are a service provider for commercial and domestic HVAC systems including, health care centres, schools, care homes and domestic home emergencies. It is important that we can continue to serve our customers if they require so that these buildings can have heating, hot water, properly maintained water systems for sanitary reasons and legionella suppression.
